Just a quick reminder. Open house will be this Thursday, August 18, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Also remember that school will start on Tuesday August 23 for Kindergarten through 12th grade.

We would like to invite all incoming freshmen to our Eagle Introduction Night on August 11, 2022 from 5:30 pm - 7 pm
We will be offering students building tours, club and activity information, and the opportunity to meet many of our coaches and sponsors.

High school students will learn what they need at Open House.
Due the cessation of federal monies concerning school meals Grandview R-II will once again have to charge for breakfast and lunch. Our goal is to provide excellent nutrition for your child at prices you can afford.
Please remember to fill out the forms for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program (https://5il.co/d3m7). In addition to helping to determine if you qualify for a break on school meals it can also help the district with possible funding from the state and federal governments
The Grandview R-II School District wishes everyone a happy and safe Fourth of July Holiday!
The regular School Board Meeting for June has been moved to Wednesday, June 29. It will still be held in the Board Room (room 101 in the Middle School) at 7:00 pm.
Come on out to Grandview's campus Saturday, June 11, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm, for the first annual CTA Summer Block Party. Food, local vendors, and all sorts of fun will be had by all.
Just a reminder, we DO have summer school on Monday! On-campus summer school runs 5 days a week.

Due the the distinct possibility of inclement weather, the High School Graduation ceremony tomorrow, Thursday. May 26, has been moved to the high school gym. The ceremony will still begin at 8:00 pm and the doors will open at 7:00 pm.

Due to an issue with our Student Information Systems an incorrect progress report was sent out today for high school students. A correct report will be sent out Tuesday as soon as the issue is resolved. Sorry for any confusion.
We’re excited to announce we have been selected to participate in the state’s Missouri Postsecondary Advising Initiative, which will place trained advisors into high schools, alongside school counselors, to provide students with individualized college and career support. Grandview will hire its dedicated advisor ahead of the 2022-2023 school year.
Thanks to the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, rootED Alliance, and Ozarks Technical Community College for helping us better support our high school students to prepare for lifelong success!
