Eye Thrive Mobile Vision Van is coming to Grandview on September 26. This amazing service gives the students at Grandview free eye exams and free glasses made right on the Vision Van.
Your student(s) may have brought home a consent form this past week. Please return that form by Friday, September 1, if you want your student seen. You can send it back with your student or you are welcome to take a photo of it and e-mail it to Nurse Kadie at Stormerk@grandviewr2.org
If you did not receive a form and you have vision concerns please reach out to your building nurse and request a form. Students must be on the Free or Reduced Lunch Program and/or Medicaid to qualify for Eye Thrive.
If your student doesn't qualify for Eye Thrive but you have financial concerns in affording vision care for your child, please reach out to Nurse Kadie at the Elementary for other resources that we partner with to help students receive eye care.
