Remember, the February Board Meeting was rescheduled for Thursday, February 22.
The March meeting was also changed to Tuesday, March 19, and the April meeting will be on Tuesday, April 16.

It's School Counselor Appreciation Week! Let's hear it for our counseling staff.
Here is what's happening in Eagle Nation.
Kindergartners recently learned about pushes, pulls, and force. They played golf to help learn about pushes and pulls. They applied force to push the ball through our tunnels into the hole. They also used teamwork and collaboration to help build their golf course using books.
Ms. Anderson will retire this year. I was able to sit down with her a while back and get her thoughts as she looked back at her time at Grandview. The link below will lead you to the result of that conversation.

Saucy's in Hillsboro will be donating 10% of all sales, dine-in, carry-out, or delivery, on January 30, to a Grandview family who experienced a house fire over the holiday season.
A huge thank you to Saucy's for consistently supporting their community, including Eagle Nation.
Thanks to everyone who supported the Elementary Book Fair. Because of you, we brought in $7,848.40 in gross sales. The library gets to keep $3,755.49 in Scholastic dollars for Mrs. Huskey to spend on books for Eagle Nation.
